Communication and Advocacy: Report any changes in client condition to the Care Manager and advocate for client needs. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices; notify the office if additional supplies are needed. Timekeeping and Documentation: Accurately log hours, tasks, and client status using ClearCare Telephony system. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, adhering to company policies and dress code.
