UPMC McKeesport is hiring a Full-Time Staff Nurse to support the 3M Med/Surg Unit.

This inpatient unit has a large focus on teamwork and collaboration! This full-time position will work 3, 12-hour shifts per week with some weekends and holidays required.

Purpose:

UPMC requires that GNs take the licensure examination within 6 months of their start date, or they will be terminated or demoted from the GN position, at the discretion of the BU.
  • UPMC-approved national certification is preferred.
  • NIH Certification will be required within 6 months of hire.
  • CPR is required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
