We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team in Towson, United States. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems
- Assist with medical procedures and operate medical equipment as needed
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients as needed
