The Opportunity

Seeking valued, independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team.
Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
Experienced CRNAs preferred.
Compensation is $335K annual package, broken down to $185 per hour.
No call, no weekends.
No CV or OB. General plus Endo cases.

The Practice

Mount Carmel Dublin, Surgical Hospital – Dublin, Ohio

Scheduled to open April 2025.
New hospital will contain 30 inpatient beds and 10 observation beds.
Operating and procedure rooms, as well as an outpatient lab.
Emergency department with 14 bays.

Assists with development and implementation of an anesthetic care plan. Initiating, under the medical direction of the supervising anesthesiologist, the anesthetic technique which may include general, regional, local and sedation. Assists with application and insertion of appropriate non-invasive and invasive monitoring modalities for continuous evaluation of the patient's physical status. Administers anesthetics, adjuvant and accessory drugs and fluids necessary to manage the anesthetic under the medical direction of the supervising anesthesiologist. Manages a patient's airway and pulmonary function under the medical direction of the supervising anesthesiologist. Facilitates emergence and recovery from anesthesia by selecting, obtaining, and administering medications, fluids, and ventilator support under the medical direction of the supervising anesthesiologist.
