Position Summary

This LPN role provides direct resident care during scheduled weekend day shifts. Ideal for nurses seeking predictable, every-other-weekend work with no weekday commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Provide direct nursing care and resident support

  • Supervise and assist CNAs

  • Document care accurately in the EMR

  • Communicate changes in resident condition

Qualifications

  • Active NYS LPN license

  • CPR certification

  • Long-term care experience preferred
