We are a new start-up home care, building our core care team and looking for caregivers who want to grow with us. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team from the beginning while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate in-home senior care, including personal care, medication reminders, and companionship

  • Promote client comfort, dignity, and independence in a safe home environment

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments and activities

  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families through consistent emotional support

  • Collaborate with the care team to support personalized care plans

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for caregiving and senior care

  • Required: Completion of 40 hours of online training prior to hands-on client care (details provided during onboarding)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient approach

  • Basic knowledge of elderly care, senior care, or patient care principles

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet individual client needs

  • Level 2 Background Screening (current or willing to obtain)

  • Drug screening required (provided by the company)

  • Ability to complete and pass:

  • AHCA-approved competency exam (provided)

  • AHCA-approved hands-on skills assessment (provided)
