Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for staff development
Collaborate with other departments, including administration, therapy, and dietary, to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop action plans to address areas of improvement

Requirements

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence
