We’re seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Indianapolis, IN, supporting our onsite wellness and safety program for a local construction site. This position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling—perfect for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy making a direct impact in the field.

About the Role

As a PRN RN, you’ll play a key role in promoting health and safety at the job site. Working collaboratively with the lead nurse and site safety team, you’ll provide first aid, health education, and preventive services to help workers stay safe, healthy, and engaged.

This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys hands-on, relationship-based work—someone who’s comfortable being visible on site, engaging with workers, and providing approachable, trusted care in an outdoor construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

First Aid & Onsite Safety

  • Assess and provide first aid for occupational injuries or illnesses with accurate documentation

  • Maintain first aid and clinic supplies in clean, organized condition

  • Coordinate emergency response with onsite EMTs or safety personnel

  • Document injuries, prepare reports, and assist with return-to-work assessments

Screenings & Immunizations

  • Provide basic health screenings (BP, height, weight, BMI, body composition)

  • Perform specimen collections for drug and alcohol screenings, as applicable

  • Administer immunizations such as influenza vaccines

Health Promotion

  • Engage employees and leadership in health and wellness initiatives

  • Share educational resources and promote healthy lifestyle habits

  • Lead group activities such as stretch-and-flex programs or brief wellness sessions

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (required)

  • BLS or ACLS certification (required)

  • Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs onsite

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred:

  • Experience in occupational health, wellness, or construction environments

  • Venipuncture skills and/or Respiratory FIT testing experience

Job Summary The Medical Oncology Office Registered Nurse (RN) prepares and assists physicians or advance practice providers in the examination and treatment of patients in the medical office. Registered Nurse Emergency - Day Shift

Job Summary The Registered Nurse, Emergency Department is responsible for handling initial patient assessments, performing laboratory work, point of care testing and administrative tasks associated with the delivery of patient care. The Emergency Department Registered Nurse collaborates with physicians regarding discharge plans, creates and educates patients upon discharge from the Emergency Department and works effectively in transferring patients who are admitted to the hospital. Job Responsibilities Triages patients who present to the Emergency Department, prioritizing care based on the critical nature and severity of a patient’s condition. Assesses patient condition through visual evaluation, medication reconciliation, and vital sign measurements such as: blood pressure reading pulse rate, respiration, and temperature throughout the course of a patient’s stay in the Emergency Department. Administers medication and assists with medical procedures as prescribed by the treating physician. Monitors patients for changes in condition and communicates timely and effectively with those involved in the welfare, care or treatment of the patient in compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Partners with other members of the patient care treatment team in the provision of procedures, interventions, discharge or admission processes. Charts all patient medical history, contact information, condition, medications, and treatment as well as update the electronic medical record throughout the patient stay in the Emergency Department. Charting is accurate and consistent with applicable department and organization standards. Discharges patients from the Emergency Room post treatment.
