Caregivers Wanted (AM + PM Split Shift)

Helping Hearts USA LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers who want meaningful work and a schedule that stays consistent.

Shift Options (8 hours/day: 4 hours AM + 4 hours PM)

Choose a schedule that fits typical client routines (morning care + evening support):

6:00 AM–10:00 AM + 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
7:00 AM–11:00 AM + 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
8:00 AM–12:00 PM + 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
9:00 AM–1:00 PM + 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
10:00 AM–2:00 PM + 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
11:00 AM–3:00 PM + 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

(Additional variations available based on client needs and location.)

What You’ll Do

Personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
Companionship and engagement
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal prep and basic nutrition support
Medication reminders and wellness observation (non-medical)
Transportation to errands/appointments (as assigned)

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Pass background check (15-year) and drug screening (if applicable)
Provide 5 professional references
Provide required employment documents, including:
- Social Security card
- Birth certificate
- Proof of identity/work authorization (I-9 compliant)
