Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking to add some great, energetic and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to its growing team to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting resident's clinical details; including vitals and temperature.

  • Administering medications and injections to residents as needed.

  • Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed.

  • Assist Residents with their Activities of Daily Living

  • Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

  • Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
