  • Experience with Dementia 
  • Experience with ADL's and IADL's
  • Experience with limited non weight bearing patients. 
  • Experience working with patients that has wound management 
  • Experience working with Super pubic catheters 
  • Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed
  • RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!
  • 2 YEARS MIN EXP AS A CAREGIVER
Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.

- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.

Requirements:

- Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program.

- Experience in providing patient care preferred.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices.

- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
