Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment and is passionate about guiding teams, improving outcomes, and delivering exceptional resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff
Manage staffing levels and scheduling to ensure quality care and minimize overtime
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
