Your Impact:

  • Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients.

  • Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing

  • At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off

  • Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
