Open Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and support to residents
Administer medications and monitor health status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Educate residents and families about care plans and health management

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
