Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, plan, and oversee all nursing services in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Supervise, mentor, evaluate, and develop nursing staff

  • Communicate and enforce nursing policies and procedures

  • Participate in admissions, management meetings, and resident care planning

  • Lead and contribute to QAPI and performance improvement initiatives

  • Address staffing performance, concerns, and disciplinary actions professionally

Qualifications

  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting

  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices

  • Current CPR certification

  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
