Key Responsibilities
Direct, plan, and oversee all nursing services in compliance with state and federal regulations
Supervise, mentor, evaluate, and develop nursing staff
Communicate and enforce nursing policies and procedures
Participate in admissions, management meetings, and resident care planning
Lead and contribute to QAPI and performance improvement initiatives
Address staffing performance, concerns, and disciplinary actions professionally
Ensure a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence
Qualifications
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Current CPR certification
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
