Job Summary

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs, we're seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team! As a Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing in-home care and support that promotes their independence and well-being. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is available to start their shift at 7AM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and support to our clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique needs, preferences, and personalities
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality care

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
