Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, transportation, and medication management
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction to clients
• Record and report client care activities and any changes in client condition
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a focus on delivering exceptional care
