We are seeking to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of outstanding caregivers!

Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, all while maintaining a supportive and caring environment for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents for any adverse reactions.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and families as needed.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN).
Previous nursing experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and respectful attitude toward residents and their families.
