We are seeking to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of outstanding caregivers!

Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, all while maintaining a supportive and caring environment for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents for any adverse reactions.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

  • Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

  • Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

  • Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and families as needed.

  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN).

  • Previous nursing experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Compassionate and respectful attitude toward residents and their families.
