Job Description:

As an LPN Charge Nurse at The Blossoms at Conway, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.

  • Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

  • Managing medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.

  • Supervising and supporting fellow team members to maintain high care standards.

  • Monitoring and documenting treatment and medication effectiveness.

  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

To be considered for the LPN Charge Nurse position, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.

  • Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college, along with CPR certification.

  • Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request.

  • Basic computer skills.
