Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for the operational coordination of hospital data management systems to ensure effective integration of meangful data into the quality, performance improvement, and patient safety programs. The quality coordinator works collaboratively with hospital and medical staff leadership to utilize data to drive strategies in performance improvement, regulatory, and patient safety activities that promotes a culture of learning, improvement, and patient safety. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Current Texas State RN license or compact license is required. BSN preferred
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience required
  • 2 Years recent Risk/Quality Improvement experience in an acute care facility preferred Working knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and Medicare Conditions of Participation
