We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community Settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 22 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.

What's your day like?

 

As a Direct Care Staff member at Alay Home Care, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
