Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to high school students with behavioral and emotional needs.
Collaborate with school staff and supervisory personnel, including paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
Manage health plans, administer medications, and respond to emergencies within the school environment.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district health policies.
Support students in achieving optimal health and academic success through proactive health interventions.

Qualifications:

Valid Certified School Nurse (CSN) license with a Professional Educator License (PEL) is required.
Previous experience working with adolescent students, particularly those with behavioral or emotional difficulties, is strongly preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team under supervision.
Strong organizational, communication, and crisis management skills.
