RN Home Health Visit Nurse - Full Time Daylight
Location: New Stanton, PA

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing high-quality, one-on-one care in a home setting while enjoying flexible scheduling and a strong work-life balance.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do as an RN:

Conduct skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes (assessment, reassessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and treatments)
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and caregivers on managing conditions and medications
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Document visits and patient progress accurately and timely

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
Passion for patient-centered care
