Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR certification (preferred)
