Private Duty LPN - Full Time

Location: Penn Hills, PA

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 15-year-old female in the Penn Hills area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Perform medication administration
Perform g-tube feedings/care
Perform continuous oxygen administration
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
