Caregiver HCA# and Driver for Client Required

Pay: $283.50 for each 12hr shift ($850.50/week)

Location: Burlingame

Days/Hour:

Monday/Thursday/Fridays 8am to 8pm

Description of Client & Care Needs:

Female client with personal care needs include showering, dressing (standby assist) and emptying the catheter bag. Going for outdoor walks, companionship, light housekeeping, supervision for safety when she walks with her walker (fall risk). Care professional with a car is preferred to take her to appointments on occasion.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Caregiving experience in the following areas:

· Personal Care: Incontinence, bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.

· Companion Care: Supervision, safety, and engagement

· Meal Planning and Preparing: Preparing food and help with feeding.

· Light Housekeeping: Laundry, making beds, kitchen, and bathrooms.

· Transportation: Driving clients to appointments and errands.

Other Requirements:

· Must be comfortable using mobile apps.

· Organized and able to multi-task

· Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.

· Good verbal and written communication skills, and able to hold an engaged conversation.

· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable car, and auto insurance

Desired Skills and Credentials

· Registered Home Care Aid (HCA) with the state of California

· Caregiver Training skills (training others to provide care)

· Cooking /Homemaking skills

State HCA Registration required

· California Home Care Aide License (we can help you with the process)

· Tuberculosis (TB) test within 2 years

· Fingerprint & Criminal Background Check
