Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee clinical services for an assigned nursing unit

  • Lead and support the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care

  • Assess resident needs and evaluate systems that support safe and effective care delivery

  • Address and resolve patient and family concerns

  • Implement and evaluate nursing procedures and care programs

  • Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Educate residents and families on health needs

  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives

  • Maintain documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal standards

  • Provide general nursing care as needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Unit Manager, or 2+ years in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, patient-focused mindset
