Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and clinical operations during assigned shifts

  • Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans

  • Support staffing, assignments, and real-time problem solving

  • Respond to clinical concerns, incidents, and emergencies

  • Ensure compliance with NYSDOH, CMS, and facility policies

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in New York State (required)
