Position Summary

The Part-Time Nurse Leader (LPN) provides clinical leadership and direct resident care at Charter Senior Living of North Park Place. This role supports resident assessments, care planning, medication management, treatments, and documentation, while serving as a charge nurse-level resource for caregivers and medication technicians.

Working in collaboration with the Health & Wellness Director, this role ensures compliance with Iowa assisted living regulations, supports quality assurance efforts, and promotes safe, compassionate, and effective resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform resident assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations

  • Oversee medication administration and treatment management

  • Provide charge nurse-level oversight during assigned shifts

  • Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and med techs

  • Support regulatory compliance, surveys, audits, and documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and providers in the Sioux City area

  • Assist with staff mentoring, coaching, and clinical problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in the state of Iowa
