Your Role:
As a Hospice RN, you’ll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, providing skilled nursing care, emotional support, and guidance to patients and their loved ones. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans

• Administering medications and managing symptoms

• Collaborating with physicians, social workers, and chaplains

• Educating families on care techniques and what to expect

• Advocating for patient comfort and dignity at every stage

What You Bring:

• A valid RN license in Pennsylvania

• CPR certification

• A heart for hospice care – previous experience is helpful, but not required

• Strong communication skills and a gentle, empathetic approach

• Reliable transportation for home visits
