About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly reliable non‑medical in‑home caregiver to provide daily support for an individual who requires assistance across varying levels of care. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in offering exceptional service, maintains the highest level of trust and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Provide non‑medical personal care and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping)
• Offer support across all levels of care needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Communicate effectively with family members and follow established routines
• Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for personal boundaries
• Provide reliable, punctual, and consistent care each day

Qualifications
• Experience as an in‑home caregiver, CNA, PCA, or similar role (non‑medical)
• Ability to work with clients requiring varying levels of support
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor
• High level of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and provide references
