Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Education:

Master’s of Nursing Degree (MSN) required
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required

License/Certification:

Current State of California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License required
National certification as an NP required.
Current BLS certification
DEA license required (schedule 2-5)

Experience:
