We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our leadership team in our West Virginia Region. This role provides strategic clinical oversight, supports multiple communities, and ensures high-quality care delivery across our skilled nursing facilities.

About the Role

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting Directors of Nursing, and implementing clinical best practices. This position requires strong clinical leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support and guide multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and support to assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulatory standards
  • Partner with facility leadership teams to improve quality measures, clinical programs, and resident outcomes
  • Assist and mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical teams
  • Monitor clinical performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plans
  • Support staff development through coaching, training, and hands-on guidance
  • Participate in regional meetings, surveys, quality assurance initiatives, and performance evaluations
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required in West Virginia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations
    • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required
  • Strong understanding of clinical regulations, quality indicators, and compliance
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience supporting multiple facilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
