Comfort Keepers is seeking a dedicated Male CNA or Caregiver to provide high-level, in-home support for a male client with dementia and depression. We need a professional who understands that "picky" routines are symptoms of health challenges and can respond with empathy, structure, and clinical poise.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care (ADLs/IADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
- Specialized Support: Manage memory loss and depression symptoms through redirection, patience, and steady companionship.
- Family & Clinical Support: Teach safe care techniques to families and maintain accurate records for our RN/office team.
- Privacy: Strictly follow HIPAA rules, maintaining absolute confidentiality and professional boundaries.
The Ideal Candidate
- Resilient & Patient: You possess a "thick skin" and don’t take difficult moods personally
- Reliable: You understand that consistency is vital for seniors with dementia.
- Professional: You balance companionship with strict healthcare ethics and boundaries.
Qualifications
- CNA Certification Required.
- Age 21+ with at least 6 months of professional senior care experience.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable auto, and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills (responsive via phone/email for scheduling).
- Readily available via phone or email to receive shift schedules, client's updates and promptly respond to any urgent matters or emergencies
