As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity within the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform safe and effective transfers using a Hoyer Lift
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide medication reminders
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Requirements:

Experience using a Hoyer Lift is required
Previous caregiving experience (home care, facility, or private duty)
Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for helping others
