Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on your shift to ensure that all patients receive high-quality care
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
Provide guidance and support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the role
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

Current Florida RN license
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 1 year RN Supervisory experience preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds
