Responsibilities:

You and your team will care for every patient who comes through the door within your scope of practice. We do whatever we can for every patient. Some examples of care needed include:

Schedule:

MainStreet Clinic Hours

We are open extended hours, 7-days-a-week:

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend, sample below:

Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON) and Sunday (ON).

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: EPIC experience preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $41.85 - $90.13 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
