We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (3–11 shift) to provide hands-on nursing care, lead nursing personnel, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting in Walpole, MA. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on the 3–11 shift

  • Provide direct care, including medications, wound care, IVs, tube feedings, colostomy care, and suctioning

  • Transcribe and carry out the physician's orders

  • Monitor residents and report changes to physicians and families

  • Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers

  • Conduct rounds to ensure staff follow policies and resident needs are met

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in QAPI activities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, including infection control

  • Support team development, performance evaluations, and staff guidance

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

  • Current CPR certification

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
