Step into a leadership role that makes a measurable difference every day. Our Nurse Manager position plays a key part in supporting the Clinic Manager and guiding the nursing team in delivering exceptional care to patients living with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

In this role, you'll help shape the patient experience by ensuring high-quality care, mentoring clinical staff, and partnering with clinic leadership to solve challenges, streamline processes, and keep our standards strong. You’ll use your clinical expertise and professional judgment to influence daily operations and support a positive, patient-focused environment.

 

This is a part-time position, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, offering leadership experience while maintaining work–life balance.



Work Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with current state licensure; BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience
  • Meets all state and licensing requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in kidney failure or transplant care, including dialysis
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • 3–5 years of clinical and management experience in ESRD strongly preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and clinical staff

  • $32.94- $57.65 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
