Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to exceeding expectations. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for providing care to our patients who require short-term stays for respite or rehabilitation, hospice care, dementia and memory care services, and more. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of medical professionals and disciplines, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Monitor and report patient conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct patient assessments and develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Illinois Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as well as withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $38.00 base wage + an extra $2.00 hour for a year
Additional $2/hr bonus for no call ins
Additional Bonus for picking up extra shifts.
Full-Time/Part-Time shift available.

1st/2nd/3rd shift: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am
