Position Overview for Assistant Director of Resident Care (ADRC):
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the delivery of care to our residents. In this role, you will ensure that their emotional, physical, and psychological needs are met through all program services and activities. Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Director of Resident Care (ADRC):

• Care Oversight: Ensure all resident care is delivered in accordance with state regulations and company standards.

• Assessment and Documentation: Conduct resident assessments using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and develop associated Service Plans.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to discuss changes in residents’ levels of care and coordinate necessary adjustments.

• Program Management: Oversee the memory care program to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, evaluate, and support nursing department associates to ensure high-quality care.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Nursing degree or diploma; two-plus years of management experience preferred.

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey

• Relevant experience in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable.
