Requirements for LPN:

LPN or RN license
Proof of COVID Vaccination (COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless appropriate medical exemption is provided)
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request

Responsibilities for LPN:

Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
