Requirements for LPN:
- LPN or RN license
- Proof of COVID Vaccination (COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless appropriate medical exemption is provided)
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request
Responsibilities for LPN:
- Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
- Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
- Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
- Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
