Responsibilities Position Overview MOH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist) to join our expanding Genetic Counseling and High-Risk Breast Program. This APP will play a pivotal role in identifying and managing patients at increased risk for hereditary cancers, particularly breast cancer, and will work closely with oncologists, genetic counselors, breast surgeons, and radiologists. Under supervision or in collaboration with practice physicians, the APP is involved in the care of individuals, families, and patient groups dealing with cancer, hereditary conditions, or other related diagnoses. This care may be delivered to clinics or virtually via telemedicine. Responsibilities span prevention, screening, patient care, management, and research—including genetic risk assessment and counseling. The APP may serve as a direct caregiver, health care consultant, patient educator, administrator, or researcher. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
