Description

We are seeking a California-licensed RN to join our outpatient CT/MRI center for daytime-only shifts. No nights, no weekends, no holidays. In this role, you will spend your day helping patients feel comfortable before their CT or MRI exam, complete safety screening, and occasionally assist in providing direct patient care support during rare contrast reactions.

What You'll Do

  • Greet patients, review safety screening forms, and answer any patient questions.
  • Escort patient to changing room and provide guidance throughout the imaging process.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable patient experience during their CT/MRI exam.
  • Collaborate with CT/MRI technologists to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Under the direct supervision of a physician, occasionally assist with responding to rare contrast reactions (vitals, oxygen, medications including epinephrine auto-injector). 


Qualifications

  • Active California RN license.
  • Current BLS (ACLS preferred but not required).
  • Excellent patient communication and interaction skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and MRI safety protocols (training provided).
  • Adherence to professional conduct and HIPAA compliance.
  • Bilingual Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion is a plus but not required. (Our certified technologists start 95%+ of IVs)


Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

  • This is an onsite role located at 208 N Garfield Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • The target pay range for this role is $45 - $50 hourly. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
