Unit Manager, RN - Lewisburg, TN

NHC HealthCare Oakwood is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a team of nursing professionals and ensure high-quality care for our residents. The Unit Manager, RN oversees daily clinical operations, supervises staff nurses and CNAs, and supports an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current Tennessee RN license

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to complete accurate assessments and develop or update individualized care plans

  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, encouraging participation in care decisions

  • Ensure delivery of appropriate nursing care and assist with treatments and medications as needed

  • Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff and CNAs

  • Participate in daily and monthly meetings

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
