What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
  • Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
