We are seeking caregivers for overnight shift coverage for specific clients in the South Overland Park area.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with nightly routines including personal care and medication reminders.

Providing companionship and reassurance to our clients during overnight hours.

Monitoring the client's well-being, promptly addressing and reporting any issues that may arise.

Collaborating effectively with the care team to ensure continuity and comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to observe, understand, and respond to the needs of clients.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, their families, and the care team.

Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.

The ability to work autonomously, guided by compassion and professionalism.
