In Home Caregiver - Mid Days and Weekends

Job Summary:

As an In Home Caregiver with Seniors Helping Seniors KC North, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to seniors in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to helping seniors remain active and independent, and we are seeking mature and compassionate individuals to join our family of caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical companionship and assistance to seniors in their daily lives

  • Assist with light household chores, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation, such as puzzles, games, and conversation

  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Maintain a safe and clean home environment for seniors

  • Communicate with senior's family members and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry

  • COMPASSIONATE AND MATURE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS ABLE TO WORK WITH SENIORS IN THEIR HOMES

  • Ability to work mid days and weekends, including holidays
