Responsible for personal attendance and punctuality to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations of the department per facility policy. Ensures a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff. Seeks guidance and assistance from the assigned nurse when knowledge base and skill level is in question. Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement through hourly patient rounding. Maintains Kansas Nurse Aide certificate and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in good standing.
