If applicable in setting, must have or be eligible to obtain a DEA license. Nurse Practitioner – Master's Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required. Georgia license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse through the Georgia Board of Nursing required. Certification in the area of practice and appropriate for the population served from a nationally recognized certifying body required.
